We’re still calling Romney governor even though he was an incompetent ass, and he only served one term. Why can’t we call him “Life-Ruining Bloodsucking Corporate Hack Partner at Bain Capital” ? Seems a bit more true.
Because connecting Romney to Bain only served to help Mitt Romney, because Americans like a capitalist with both private and public sector experience.
