CNBC Poll on who won the debate: Paul Ryan 56%, Joe Biden 36%

Here’s the first poll on the winner of the Vice Presidential debate, and if Democrats were looking for Vice President Joe Biden to make up lost ground after President Obama’s pitiful performance, they won’t find it here. It looks like Vice President Biden’s smirking, laughing, and disrespect didn’t sit well with the debate audience.
