The DNC opens convention with video informing Americans that the only thing we all belong to is the government. Join us if you believe we don’t belong to government, the government belongs to us.
And we took the “you didn’t build that” comment out of context? Right.
Did you hear the part where he said how we all belong to different clubs, different churches, but we’re in one city, one state, one nation. “Belonging” has different meanings. Look it up.
“Government’s the only thing we all belong to.”
We do not belong to any government, that is slavery. We may belong to the nation, but there is a great difference between the nation and the government.
